Return & Refund Policy

At Pique Electronics LLC, we want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.


Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective or not functioning as intended

  • You received the wrong item

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and logistical reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items returned without prior approval

Certain low-cost items may not require a physical return and may instead qualify for a refund or replacement.


How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or video showing the problem (for electronics or damaged items)

This helps us resolve your request faster.


Return Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions if a return is required

  • In some cases, no return will be needed

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Partial refunds may apply for items showing signs of use


Replacements

If you prefer a replacement:

  • We’ll ship a replacement item at no additional cost

  • Replacement shipping times may vary based on availability


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider

  2. Contact your card issuer

  3. Reach out to us if the issue persists


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


International Orders

We currentky only serve customers based in the U.S.
